We welcome all HCVP and Section 8 Voucher recipient applications. In order to tour and apply for one of our available units please bring the following documentation with you to your appointment.
To tour:
A government issued valid identification card or drivers license.
To apply for one of our units:
1) $35 non-refundable money order application fee for each adult residing in the unit (18 years or older)
2) Government Issued ID
3) Social security number
4) Proof of Income (any of the following):
» 2 most recent pay stubs
» Job offer letter
» Social Security Income letter
» W-2
5) HCVP / Section 8 Voucher package
